About the Users List
The Users window has two views; one displays real-time data about currently active users on your network and the other displays historical data.
The Real-time User View
The Real-time users window displays all of the users currently associated with your network devices.
Filter the Users List
You can use the filter options in the left panel to create and save filters to view a subset of users based on the following attributes:
- Device location on a topology map
- Network policy
- Device type
- Device connection status
- Device management state
- Device function
- Device product type
- Device software version
- User profile
Select the check box for the items you want to include in your filter, and then select Save in the Filter by section. In the dialog box, enter a name for the filter, and then select Save again. When you save a filter, it appears in the top section of the left panel for future use.
In addition to the filters in the left panel, you can control which users to display by the authentication method they are accessing the network. Select ALL (the default), RADIUS, PPSK, or OTHERS from the Source drop-down list.
By default, You see displayed ten users per window. You can change this number by selecting a different number at the bottom left corner of the table (10, 20, 50, or 100).

The Historical User View
The timeline provides a graphical indicator of how many users were on the network during a given time segment, with information refreshed hourly.
