Using ExtremeCloud IQ Tools

From the Tools tab, you can view a list of issues or drill down to see more details about a specific issue, including a suggested remedy. There are two tabs available from this page: Issue List and Diagnosis. (By default, the Issue List tab is selected.) You can search for issues by client host name or MAC address. The table displays information about any troubleshooting issues detected by ExtremeCloud IQ.
For more information about a specific issue, select a client host name from the Issue List window, and then select the Diagnosis tab. The Diagnosis window provides detailed information about an issue, such as the problem type, date and time of detection, last successful connection, location, user profile associated with the host, a description of the issue, and a suggested remedy. If there are events that are associated with a particular issue, a table lists these events.
